How do you set up American Pool?
To set up standard American Pool balls, the balls are arranged in a triangle with the 8-ball in the centre. Once the balls are racked, you’re ready to break and battle it out. At BOOM BATTLE BAR, our American Pool tables are ready to play, so all you need to do is grab a cue, choose your opponent and let the competition begin.
How many balls are used in American Pool?
If you’re curious how many balls are used in American Pool, the answer depends on the game being played. At BOOM BATTLE BAR, we play the classic American Pool game of 8-ball, which uses 16 balls in total, 15 object balls (seven solids, seven stripes and the black 8-ball) plus one white cue ball.
How long does a game of American Pool last?
Your table is booked for 40 minutes. If you’d like to play for longer, you can book more than one game.
